Doula Triin

As a night doula, I offer the family the opportunity to rest and sleep undisturbed through the night.

I care for the baby and bring them to the mother only for breastfeeding. If the mother is very tired, there is also the option to express milk so that I can feed the baby myself if needed.

I look after the baby in a safe and familiar home environment from their evening sleep until morning wake-up.

I am also available to the parents for informational and emotional support.

The night doula service runs from evening to morning, between 20:00 and 08:00, and the price is €200.
